Need a hand with Plaisy? We’re a small team and we read every message. This page covers the quickest ways to sort out common things yourself, how to report a safety concern, and how to reach a human.

Get help fast

Most things can be handled right inside the app:

  • Reset your password — on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email we send. If you can’t access your email, write to support@plaisy.fun.
  • Delete your account — open Settings → Delete account in the app. This is permanent; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy §7.
  • Report a play, comment, or user — tap the ••• menu on the item and choose Report.
  • Block someone — open their profile, tap •••, and choose Block. They won’t see you and you won’t see them.
  • Manage notifications and quiet hours — open Settings in the app.

Report a safety concern

If you’ve seen harassment, bullying, or harmful content, please use the in-app Report action (it reaches our moderators fastest), or email support@plaisy.fun with details.

Child safety. Plaisy is built to be safe for teenagers as well as adults. If you believe someone under the minimum age has an account, or you’ve seen content that involves or endangers a minor, email privacy@plaisy.fun right away. We act on these reports as a priority, in line with our safety policy and applicable law.

Response times

We aim to reply to general support requests within a few business days. Privacy and data-rights requests are handled within one month of a verified request, as described in the Privacy Policy §8 (extendable for complex requests under GDPR Article 12(3)).

More
